Chiefly manuscripts of writings, and research notes and drafts for revision of Austrian code of civil law (particularly domestic relations, property law, and contract law) and for revision of Austrian code of criminal law (1906-1910) together with notes and other material relating to Lammasch's participation in 2d Hague Peace Conference, 1907-1908; a few letters to him; and other legal papers. Includes material postdating Lammasch's own papers relating to post-World War I drafting of a new criminal code for Germany.
